Grafoil是一种全石墨基的先进填料材料，具有优异的柔韧性和各向异性（即性能随方向变化）。它能紧密贴合阀杆表面，形成高效密封。除在强氧化性介质（如浓硝酸、液氧等）中受限外，Grafoil 在绝大多数化学环境中表现出良好的化学惰性，且耐高温性能出色（通常可达 500°C 以上），因此广泛应用于严苛工况。

填料的维护与更换

1、填料泄漏的临时处理（适用于频繁操作的阀门）

调节阀在频繁启闭过程中，压盖填料可能出现轻微渗漏。此时可采取以下措施进行临时密封调整：

1）均匀拧紧压盖两侧的眼螺栓螺母，避免单侧受力导致阀杆偏磨；

2）若压紧后仍存在泄漏，可在填料函中补充一个或多个填料环。

补充填料的操作步骤：

1）将手轮逆时针旋转至全开位置（确保阀杆完全伸出）；

2）卸下吊环螺栓（或压盖螺栓）的螺母；

3）小心向上提起压盖衬套与压盖法兰，暴露填料函；

4）加入适量新填料环，确保每环正确就位且接缝错开。

注意：此方法仅适用于允许在线维护且系统已泄压或处于安全状态的工况。

2、填料老化失效的处理

长期运行后，填料因持续压缩会丧失弹性与回弹能力，无法再形成有效密封。此时唯一有效的解决方式是更换全部填料。

1）若阀门安装在正在运行的管道系统中，更换填料前必须确认现场是否满足在管维护。

4）若存在阀杆或阀座泄漏的情况，则不允许在线更换填料。此时应隔离阀门、泄压，并拆卸整阀以修复后座密封或更换内部组件，正常情况下都需要将阀门返厂进行彻底维修，对于廉价的阀门或者使用年限较久的阀门，高温蝶阀厂家阿卡盟建议直接报废，重新更换全新阀门，以确保安全生产，不可以因小失大。
